Lisa Milnor

A qualified coach and experienced facilitator Lisa also has a strong commercial background with over 20 years of business experience gained with KPMG and The Skipton Building Society Group.

Lisa has a unique combination of finance and people skills being both a qualified accountant and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She is passionate about using these skills to work with businesses and individuals to enhance their performance and fulfil their potential. A firm believer of the power of goal setting Lisa works with her clients to clarify their vision and to give them the capabilities and confidence to shape and achieve their goals.

Lisa thrives on making a positive difference to the performance of those she works with and this means getting results. Whilst it is essential to have clearly defined goals it is also vital that action is taken so that those goals are realised. Working alongside you and “Making it happen” is one of Lisa’s key strengths.

In her leisure time she enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, mountain biking and running and her greatest passion is skiing in the French Alps. She also loves to cook and entertain and spend time with her family and friends.
